- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have called 4 times a day for 3 days. All different times and this bank never answers. They need to make time for phone calls as well. Customers that call are just important as customers that walk in. I know there is other banks but this location is the closes one to me and I have been going for years and I never am satisfied when I have to call. It's only a simple question and I can't believe it's taking so long for Bank of America to get back to me. No appreciation for customers and also doesn't make me feel welcome or safe about my money if people can't even be trained to answer a phone call.By Maricela Valdez, September 04, 2017
